Kitchen: Green Tea Mousse Pocky

Pocky are stick-shaped cookies from Japan and are coated with different flavors, such as chocolate, strawberry, coconut, and banana. The green tea mousse pocky is my favorite. You can get pocky at your local Asian grocer, or you can buy some online at J-List.

I needed a third entry for Foodography 4: Green, and when I checked my kitchen, the only green things I had were a leek, some melon Kasugai gummies (yes, we have a lot of Japanese snacks,) some beet tops, and the green tea mousse pocky. I decided the pocky made a better still life, and I like the combination of the green and the blue. What do you think?
